Mainova Salesforce Marketing Cloud & E-Mail Marketing (B2C) 2020-2022

Mainova AG is one of the largest regional energy suppliers in Germany and supplies around one million people in Hesse and the neighboring federal states with electricity, natural gas, heat and drinking water.

For 2.5 years I supported Mainova with the biggest project that they have ever implemented. Salesforce as a whole system is integrated into the current IT structure and I am part of the team that implements SalesCloud CRM and Salesforce MarketingCloud. I am one of the first people to design, implement and report on Marketing campaigns which are send directly to customers.

Tasks

Creating E-Mail Content & Templates in the old System Episerver
Designing, implementing and reporting new complex automated campaigns in Marketing Cloud
Defining and shaping the data landscape within Salescloud & Consentmanagement
Learning to work in the new system from scratch, as well as discovering and implementing new tools such as Datorama within the company
Shaping the change process to train employees on the new software
Right hand of the Product Owner & Support for the Scrum Master
Project Management on Team tasks to coordinate requirements from the various department
Direct report to shareholders and stakeholders within the company
